To the Manager

The customers can escalate the issue to the manager by filling a form at

If you are still not satisfied with the response, then you can complain to the assistant vice president by filling another form at

CIBIL Online Support

The CIBIL Online Support is able to produce easy, simple and convenient solutions to resolutions. In fact, it has an FAQ section at https://www.cibil.com/frequent-queries. If required, users can also write to the CIBIL executives by filling an online form.

The form is available at https://www.cibil.com/self-service-portal/viewGeneralQueryFormAction.action and clearly mention your problem.

Please note the user needs to authenticate his/her credentials and if that is not possible, he must submit his KYC documents at https://www.cibil.com/kyc-check.

In here, you will find two options, out of which one is “CIBIL score and CIR” for which you can submit the documents at https://www.cibil.com/submitpersonaldocs/consumerkycUpload.action and the other is “Company Credit Report” for which documents can be submitted at https://www.cibil.com/uploadkycdocuments/.

If the user wants to file a dispute in the credit report, he/she can do it by filling a form at https://www.cibil.com/dispute/. You will need to provide some basic details such as name, address, e-mail, contact details, etc. Moreover, if you want to know the name of the lender against whom the loan is issued, you can contact CIBIL at https://www.cibil.com/self-service-portal/loan-account-details.action. Please note this is only possible if you receive the credit report from the official website of CIBIL.
