Driving license for motorcycles without gear: You can apply for this kind of permanent driving license if you wish to ride a scooter or moped that does not have a manual gearbox. The applicants should be above 18 years of age to procure such a license.

Madhya Pradesh learning license eligibility criteria

Documents required for a learning license in Madhya Pradesh

Applicants need to submit the following documents at their respective RTO:

1. A fee of Rs. 150/- for each category of vehicle applied (plus Rs. 50/- for learning license test)

2. Applications in Form 1, Form 1A [Medical Certificates as issued by any M.B.B.S. doctor], and Form 2

3. Three recent passport size photographs

4. Proof of residence:

  • Voter's ID Card

How to apply for a learning license in Madhya Pradesh?

To apply for a learning license online in Madhya Pradesh, the applicant is required to visit their respective state's transport website of Madhya Pradesh .Then, you need to fill the application form 2 and submit it, along with other requisite documents. Once these details are submitted, the status is displayed. In the offline process also, you need to provide necessary information to your RTO such as license number and application number to your RTO.

  • Candidates are required to fill an application form requesting the issuance of a duplicate learner license and submit it to the RTO where the learner license was issued originally or last renewed.
  • The candidate will also be required to present documents like address proof and identity proof.
  • The applicant will also have to furnish information including learner license number, applicant name, parent’s name, date of learner license issue, and date of birth.
  • The validity for the duplicate learner license will be the same as the original learner license and the duplicate learner license will be sent to the address of the applicant.
